Instructor
A graduate of Kutztown University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Tara has studied all forms of dance at DWK under the direction of Kim Semmel since 1988. She attended intensive ballet and jazz workshops at Lehigh University and has studied at Steps on Broadway, and Broadway Dance Center in N.Y.C. Tara has been employed at DWK as an assistant choreographer and instructor since 1997. Ms. Tara has assisted in day care visits to promote the positive benefits of the performing arts in the community. She is currently employed at Architectural Polymers as an Estimator & Project Manager. Tara resides in Lehighton with her husband, Matthew, two sons, Collin and Evan, and her stepdaughter, Lauren. Tara has continued her studies at the Dance Teacher Summit in NYC.
